This July and August across several D&D London restaurants, we are serving Dom Pérignon 2003 by the glass with caviar for £25.

Considered a true connoisseur's wine, this exquisite champagne is the expression of a winemaking year punctuated by extremes – quite a challenge for Dom Pérignon Chef De Cave, Richard Geoffroy – but also an exciting opportunity to push boundaries and to reinvent this legendary wine.

Accompanied by a a 10g tin of baerii caviar, sourced by well-known Parisian house, Kaviari, from a sustainable supply in the Aquitaine region of France and highly prized amongst connoisseurs, the en K de caviar has large, regular grains which roll in the mouth and on the tongue, to release their sweet flavours with dried fruit notes, followed by a hazelnut finish.

This offer is available to all diners at Le Pont de la Tour, Bluebird, Sartoria, Avenue, Plateau, Quaglino's, Skylon, Coq d'argent and Royal Exchange Grand Café.
