D&D London established the Chef Apprentice Programme as a long term initiative to bring people into an industry in which they may have little knowledge but massive interest.

The criteria for selection onto the programme is based on skills including teamwork, communication, job motivation and food knowledge, rather than previous experience within the restaurant or food industry.

The Chef Apprentice Programme can last between 18 months and three years, depending on your ability. During this time you will receive training to enable you to complete both NVQ level 2 & 3 in food preparation.
