We are delighted that Henry Shotton will host our Douro & Port wine dinner on Monday 13 February at 7pm. Henry is a winemaker for Symington Family Estates, one of the two most important families and land owners in the Douro Valley, and works on Graham's finest Ports. This will be a fabulous opportunity to learn more about the great quality of Douro wines and the diversity of Port: from white to ruby and crusted to vintage.
Allan has once again created a mouth-watering menu designed to complement each wine but we will begin with a delicious Port cocktail created by our bar manager, Guillaume.
