The Modern Pantry

The Modern Pantry is a 50/50 joint venture between D&D London and chef Anna Hansen. Anna was the co-founder of The Providores in Marylebone. Occupying two Georgian buildings in St John Square in Clerkenwell, the business comprises a cafe, shop and dining rooms. The Modern Pantry was opened in Summer 2008 to rave reviews from customers and food critics alike.

D&D are investors in Havana Holdings

Havana Holdings has opened further Floriditas in Dublin and Madrid, with Conran being appointed designers for the substantial international expansion of Floriditas planned in Europe and Asia.  Havana Holdings is also developing hotels and leisure resorts in Cuba.

Hiramatsu

Hiramatsu is D&D London's partner in Japan. D&D is responsible for concept development and design while Hiramatsu's role is day to day management of the business. Hiramatsu/D&D have opened two restaurants, both in Tokyo. Botanica in Midtown opened in March 2007 and Iconic in Ginza opened in April 2007.  Iconic was awarded a Michelin star in 2010.
