This Valentine's Night Bluebird is offering a romance-fuelled evening programme, complete with a touch of Hollywood Movie glamour.  A red carpet will grace the entrance and Bluebird will be lit in romantic reds.  Enjoy drinks, screenings of classic films Breakfast at Tiffany's and Chocolat for the most memorable of Valentine's evenings.

Choose from our Selection of irresistible Valentine’s cocktails:

  • ‘Passions Charms’ £8.50 (Rum, passionfruit, mint and sugar)
  • ‘Aphrodisiac £10.50’ (Vodka, muddled with red grapes & homemade pomegranate syrup and topped with rose Champagne)
  • ‘Infatuation’ (to Share) £12.00 (Amaretto, Cognac, strawberry and mint & aged balsamic vinegar)
  • ‘Chocolate & roses’ £8.00 (Vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, orange flower water)

Executive Chef Mark Broadbent has created some delicious dishes such as Tranche de foie gras ‘en papillotte’ with Champagne rhubarb and winter truffles to start, and dishes for two for the main course such as ‘Roast troncon of halibut, with roast bone marrow, cepes and sauce bordelaise, and crepes suzettes for dessert.  An A La Carte menu will also be available.

Classic Hollywood Romance

For the perfect romantic evening why not book one of our film screenings in the Gallery Room :

At 6.30pm the classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Blake Edwards's (1961) lighter than air romantic comedy starring Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly and George Peppard as aspiring writer Paul Varjak is a joy to watch

At 8.30pm Chocolat (2000)

Vianne Rocher, (Juliette Binoche), and her young daughter are drifters who are met with scepticism and resistance when they move to a conservative town in rural France and open a chocolate shop. As Vianne begins to work her magic and help those around her, the townspeople are won-over by her exuberance and her delicious chocolates

Tickets to the film cost only £5 per person.
