Chef Apprentice Program

D&D London established the chef apprentice programme as a long term initiative to bring people into an industry which they may have little knowledge of. It is targeted towards anyone who is interested in working in the catering industry and is keen to learn more.

The programme lasts around 18 months and during this time an apprentice will receive practical experience working in our restaurants as well as attending Thames Valley University once a week to complete both the NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Food Preparation. Each apprentice will be coached and supported throughout the programme by a mentor – a senior member of the management team.

The programme will provide our apprentices with the training, skills and a guaranteed career path with the most reputable restaurant group in London.
