Head Chef Vigar has created a deliciously seasonal menu to choose from this Christmas. With each dish individually priced, and a fantastic selection to choose from, you can tailor your menu bespoke for your group. With dishes on the menu such as Chestnut pheasant soup with mushrooms and toasted brioche or Pressed foie gras terrine served with quince, walnuts and sorrel followed by either Red leg partridge, garniture grand - meré, madeira and camomile or Roasted venison loin with braised red cabbage and sauce grand veneur you'll be spoilt for choice! But don't forget about pudding, go for a more traditional dessert with Christmas pudding, beurre noisette ice cream and brandy foam, or warm your winter bones with Roasted winter fruit, prune and Armagnac ice cream.

We are also open as normal on New Year's Eve, Lunch 12.00-3.30pm and Dinner 6.00-11pm, with a delicious menu priced at £45 per person for the first sitting and £60 per person for the second sitting to see you into 2008. Dishes include warm smoked eel, beetroot tartare, cep puree, red chard and toast to start, Tronçon of halibut, braised brussel sprouts, chestnuts and dolce forte sauce, and Chocolate fondant milk puree, vanilla ice cream and almond tuille for dessert.

  • Wednesday 24 - Friday 26 Dec: closed
  • Saturday 27 - Wednesday 31 Dec: open (closed the evening of the 28th December).
  • Thursday 1 & Friday 2 Jan: closed
  • Saturday 3: open
