Launch of new Crustacea Bar

The Crustacea Bar at Le Pont de la Tour launched this month on the riverside terrace overlooking Tower Bridge and the city beyond.

Displaying an array of shellfish and seafood the Crustacea Bar will offer diners a lighter alternative to the à la carte menu at the iconic Pont de la Tour restaurant.

Diners will be able to choose their crustacea from the bar and dine outside on the banks of the Thames. Alternatively, guests can opt from the modern French à la carte menu, offering dishes using ingredients from the Crustacea Bar such as ‘smoked haddock risotto with curried prawns' and ‘roasted sea bass, glazed salsify, lettuce & red wine sauce'.
