Glorious Game

The game season, which began on 12th August, is something that we have been looking forward to all year here at The Chop House! The first bird to mature is grouse with it's delicious dark, lean meat. This will be served with succulent game chips, bread sauce and toasted breadcrumbs (a dish not to be missed!). The season, which stretches into the new year, will showcase a number of different birds as the season develops.
