Exciting, unexpected combinations of the freshest natural produce feature on the menu created by Head Chef, Tim Tolley. Mouth-watering dishes such as diver caught scallop and prawn roulade, black sesame seed, celeriac puree demonstrate Tim's passion for contemporary French cooking. The more informal Bar & Grill offers a relaxed menu with dishes such as fried squid or Guinness battered day-boat pollock and chips. Menus are priced from £29.50 and £35.00 for two and three courses in the restaurant. The Bar and Grill offers menus from £15 and £17 for two and three courses, available from 3pm Monday to Friday and 12noon onwards on Saturday. At all other times a la carte prices are in place.
