Head Chef, Craig James, uses well sourced seasonal produce to create a diverse and delicious menu. House specialties include 'chateaubriand grill, sauce béarnaise, pommes pailles', 'calves liver and bacon' and a wonderful selection of crustacean. The elegant bar offers a more concise menu which is perfect for informal dining.
