Private Dining Room - Salon Privé
Enjoy the grand jewel under the vaulted glass atrium at the Royal Exchange when you have your event in the Courtyard. The room is beautifully designed with space and glamour in mind taking inspiration from the building itself. The unique space is perfectly suited for events up to 50 people; such as corporate breakfast meetings, executive lunch meetings, lavish celebratory dinners, or product launches.

Mezzanine
For parties from 40 to 200 guests, the Threadneedle or Cornhill mezzanine bars are available for exclusive hire and enjoy stunning views over The Grand Café and courtyard. Should you require us to, we are happy to manage your event and are able to arrange audio, lighting, flowers and customise any of your needs.

Courtyard Events
Enjoy the grand jewel under the vaulted glass atrium at the Royal Exchange when you have your event in the Courtyard. This area can stand up to 450 guests for a canapé reception and is available Monday to Friday from 6.30 pm.

Exclusive Hire
For larger events, the entire venue can host up to 800 guests standing or 300 for a seated dinner, a popular choice for weddings, corporate functions, fashion shows and gala dinners.

Restaurant Sauterelle
In the east wing of the Royal Exchange, located on a mezzanine level, is our renowned fine dining restaurant which is also available for private hire. This space boasts the same magnificent views as the salon privé but can seat up to 50 guests. Please click here for details.
