VENETIAN CARNIVAL AT SARTORIA
Sartoria will be celebrating the traditional Italian festival of ‘Carnevale’ in authentic style with a Venetian inspired menu and cocktails, available until 15 March.
Carnival Aperitivi
Customers can start the Carnival experience with an aperitivo at the bar. Two new cocktails have been created and are as follows:
- Rialto Martini - Gin, Campari and peach purée, £9
- ‘La Fenice’ (named after the prestigious theatre in Venice) - mixed berries, Crème de Mure, cranberry juice, topped up with Prosecco and raspberry vanilla vodka, £12
Carnival Menu
Head Chef Alan Marchetti has taken inspiration from the food and traditions of the Veneto region and created a menu available for both lunch and dinner and priced at £19.50 for two courses, £24.50 for three courses.
