MARTINI FRIDAYS

One Friday every month Skylon will be serving a unique Martini cocktail from a giant ice cube presented on top of the bar, the ice has been made especially for Skylon which has the bottle frozen inside. Making Skylon the first cocktail bar in London to devise this fresh approach of presenting and serving a classic martini cocktail, so come and try one.

THIRSTY? MOJITO MASTERCLASS

Join Zoran Peric in Skylon’s award-winning bar to learn the secrets to making the perfect Mojito. This classic Cuban cocktail derives its name from the Spanish mojar, meaning to make wet, and we’ll be whetting your appetite on the night with both a classic recipe and some contemporary twists. There is no charge for the evening, guests will be charged per drink consumed. The fun starts at 6:30pm.
