Executive Chef Helena Puolakka has developed a modern European menu with British influences, based around the best seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include butter poached lobster with grapefruit and cashew nut salad or wild salmon from Scotland confit with watercress cream.

For a less formal dining experience, the grill will serve light meals including steak sandwich, chicken liver foie gras parfait or classic sticky toffee pudding.
