RISE is our Supervisory Development programme, which has been specifically created to help you to develop the core management skills needed to become a successful manager.

The programme is exclusive to D&D London, and works through structured training modules and on-the-job training. Through various courses, you will get the opportunity to work with supervisors from other restaurants in the business, to share ideas and to solve challenges together. Upon graduation from the programme, you will have gained both technical knowledge and professional experience, helping you to progress into junior management as and when opportunities arise.
