The D&D London Chef Apprentice Programme

A long-term initiative, the Chef Apprentice Programme helps those who are interested in working within the catering industry whether or not they have any previous experience. In just 18 months, you could gain the training and skills which guarantee you a career path within the D&D London group.

All successful applicants will receive practical experience working in our restaurants whilst attending Thames Valley University once a week to complete both the NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Food Preparation. Each apprentice will also receive mentoring and guidance from a senior member of the management team.

  • 18 month programme
  • NVQ levels 2&3 in Food Preparation
  • Attendance at Thames Valley University
  • Coaching and support from a D&D mentor
