A number of D&D chefs, including Francesco Mazzei and Head Chefs from Radici, Sartoria and Fiume all took to the Felix Project kitchen this month to help create over 4000 meals alongside the Felix Project team. These meals were then distrubuted to various homeless shelters across East London.
The chefs cooked up an Italian favourite of Lamb Lasagna with Ciambotta vegetables at Felix’s Kitchen.
PGI welsh lamb kindly donated the lamb for the meals and Grana Padano the awesome cheese wheel.

Throughout January and February, D&D london have partnered with the charity and are helping to raise funds through customer donations of £1 on the bill.
