Club D&D is a luxury loyalty programme that rewards and recognises members who wine and dine in D&D London UK-established restaurants.
Discover anything but ordinary with surprise and delight rewards across all tiers at any time! Made up of three distinct tiers Club D&D offers anything but ordinary. From outstanding incentives and rewards to exclusive invites, preferential access to like-minded brands, priority booking and money can’t buy events.
Sign up straight away to start your journey. Members will be welcomed to THE CLUB where you'll receive a welcome round of drinks on your first visit. After your first visit to any D&D London UK-established restaurant you'll join CLUB ORANGE where your rewards improve, and then upgraded to CLUB SILVER after your fourth visit & CLUB GOLD after ten visits.
Tiered visits will run on a 12 month rolling basis from your first or latest visit.

Q: How do I become a member?
A: Just sign up using the form at the top of this page and you’ll be automatically entered into The Club, where you'll receive your membership number and first reward.
Q: How do I check my membership status?
A: Your membership status will be listed on your digital membership card or by logging into your profile using your membership number provided. You can always email us at club@danddlondon.com
Q: I think my membership status might be wrong?
A: Please email us at club@danddlondon.com and we would be delighted to assist and check this out for you.
Q: Do you have an App?
A: YES! We do have an App; we just need a little more time to get this right, we’ll let you know when it’s available. In the meantime you can login online at the top of this page and download your digital membership card.
Q: How do I book a table to make sure it is counted towards my membership?
A: The best way to book with us is though our venue websites directly, just make sure that you use your name, the same email address and phone number each time. When you visit the restaurant for your booking, ensure you scan your membership card or provide your membership number so the booking will be linked to your account and any benefits you have can be redeemed.
Q: I believe I should be a member, but I haven’t received any emails from you?
A: Please make sure that you opt into receiving marketing emails from us when making your bookings. If you also have an OpenTable network account, you can manage this on your login under preferences.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
CLUB D&D is launching this October (2024)
1)& Club loyalty is exclusively valid in D&D London’s UK-based businesses.
2)Reservations are preferential– you must tell the venue you intend to use your Club D&D membership at the time of booking. Walk-in reservations are accepted on availability basis however, you must provide your contact details at reception to add the booking to your profile and access perks.
3)Reservations are always subject to availability, and at the restaurant’s discretion. Please book though the main restaurants webpage, app or call directly. You must always book using the same name and email address for bookings to count towards your profile.
4)For bookings made with incorrect information, Club D&D cannot guarantee they will count towards your profile.
5)& Club; ‘Club Monday’s’ discounts are only available for up to 6 guests when dining from the A la Carte Menu, subject to availability. (Bank Holiday’s, Event days and Christmas Day excluded)
6)Gift vouchers; for reaching a new tier will be issued to new members only, valid across all bookings, at any D&D venue. 12-month expiry from voucher issue date.
7)Book one of our private dining rooms with no minimum spend twice a year, subject to availability, at the venues discretion. (Festive period mid November – 31st December excluded)
8)Events and or competitions hosted by Club D&D may be subject to further terms and conditions not listed here. These T&C’s will always be communicated alongside any event or competition information.
9)Any update or information regarding Club D&D will be emailed directly to members. If you do not receive an email from us, please first check your spam folder and contact us on club@danddlondon.com
10)Any benefit or perk offered as a part of Club D&D remains at the discretion of D&D London and cannot be altered or exchanged for other goods or services.
