Replacing the Bar & Grill, the Bistrot offers a totally new dining experience at the iconic Le Pont de la Tour.
Executive Chef Tony Fleming has crafted a new menu inspired by regional French classics and some of the restaurant’s best-loved dishes with a more paired back approach, including a Crustaces menu and daily specials.
To accompany your meal, Head Sommelier Michele Orbolato has created a concise, reasonably priced wine list to complement the Bistrot’s new menu, featuring a selection of both French and world wines.
