Truffle Season

Where to find all the best truffle offerings across our restaurants this season:

At Cantina del Ponte enjoy La Cacio e Pepe di Cantina featuring head chef Michele’s homemade spaghetti, Grana Padana, black pepper and black truffle tossed in the Pecorino wheel.

At Coq d’Argant there is an exclusive six-course Truffle Tasting Menu launching on Monday 25th October for one month only. This will feature dishes such as the Creamy leek chervil risotto with shaved Alba white truffle and Dark chocolate fondant with black truffle ice cream and has the option to add a premium wine pairing for an additional £70 per person.

Later in the season chef Francesco Mazzei will be displaying his new truffle dishes at Sartoria. Keep an eye out for updates both here and on social media!

Elsewhere across our restaurants there are many truffle dishes to look out for such as the Roast herb fed chicken with truffle mashed potates and tarragon jus at Skylon, the Dry-aged 8oz Beef fillet with confit potato, shallot, autumn truffle and bone marrow jus at Avenue and the Kasekrainer with truffled potato puree at German Gymnasium.
