The enjoyment of one-too-many cocktails and a sense of responsibility don’t often go hand-in-hand, but our new menu is soon to prove otherwise…

Our previous cocktail menu took you on a journey to where it all began for Quaglino’s, back to 1929 and through the eras. Now, we are proud to be taking you into the future with our new thought-provoking menu in three parts that explores global environmental issues of the past, present and future through cleverly designed drinks. From clarified milk concoctions to butter washed tipples and root infused drinks, nothing goes to waste here.

We care about our surroundings and the focus of sustainability, that’s why we’ve put this at the centre of our inspiration, and used this to create the menu, which has been designed to be as much a visual experience, as one of flavour and thought too.

Let’s Be Clear (Past)
Santa Teresa rum 1796, gosling’s Black, antica formula, clear milk, vanilla, spices and bitters, gold and nutmeg

The Q Project (Present)
Havana 3yo, Sous Vide Banana, Amontillado Sherry, lime, Jaggery and chocolate bitters

For ‘The Science Of Sustainability’, we have teamed up with Hunger Project UK and food waste collection service, Indie Ecology, and made sure that every aspect of the menu adheres to the values of its message. Metal and pasta made straws are lowering wastage. Local, organic products are used everywhere possible to reduce transportation costs and the menu itself is made out of recycled materials and wastage from Quaglino’s restaurant and bar. £1 for every ‘The Q Project’ purchased will be donated to Hunger Project UK.
