Each diploma has been rigorously designed by our in-house team of experts, to ensure you develop and demonstrate the understanding, skills and behaviours relevant to our different management levels. Attaining a diploma will be both aspirational and similar to achieving a recognised industry qualification which will ensure you stand out across the group.
We have 3 different diplomas available:
Level 2 – Junior Manager &Chef de Partie
Level 3 -Department Manager & Sous Chef
Level 4 – General Manager & Head Chef
