Into the Wild: Our Chefs and their food

We’re going INTO THE WILD this Autumn and championing our chefs and the best of seasonal Autumn ingredients: from seafood and roasts, to truffles and chocolate and much more!

Francesco Mazzei and Igor Tymchyshyn are teaming up to host a truffle collaboration dinner at Orrery this month. In celebration of the prized ingredient and all its complexities, the two chefs will be bringing together their French and Italian influences for a six-course dinner, featuring Francesco’s classic Italian dish of Aged Beef Battuta and Igor’s delicately balanced Roasted Cauliflower with celeriac purée, caramelised onions and vegetable crumble topped with shavings of white truffle.

Ben Murphy, Head Chef at Launceston Place, has added Roasted Duck to his menu this Autumn. Roasted on coffee beans and glazed with miso and pear – it’s sure to be a winter warmer winner.

Next up is Gary Foulkes,  Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Angler. He loves his tartares and Square Meal once claimed they could be one of ‘London’s best!’ Don’t just take their word for it though, try it our yourself. Book a table at Angler

The chefs of Butlers Wharf are collaborating for a one off supper club in Tales of the Riverbank! As we bid farewell to summer, it’s time to enjoy the new season’s finest ingredients and best autumnal dishes! From truffle and game to chocolate and seafood. Book your ticket now.
