Veganism and Sustainability

At D&D London we are taking sustainability seriously, we are proud to announce our new three-star Sustainable Restaurant Association rating. As well as this exciting news, there are many ways across our restaurants that we are celebrating sustainability. From new vegan events and menus to locally sourced produce, plus much more.

At Madison get ready to ‘give peas a chance’ and enjoy the new Plant Based Menu featuring dishes such as the Wild mushroom linguini and the BBQ jackfruit tacos. Plus, all the desserts on the menu are now vegan!

Issho are pulling out all the stops with a ticketed Vegan Five-Course Tasting Menu on the 27th January. Also, enjoy their vegan Japanese Inspired Afternoon Tea which is available to book now.

Over at Butlers Wharf Chop House and Paternoster Chop House they are getting ready for the Battle of the Vegan Steaks, ready to prove that vegan food doesn’t mean missing out!

Any first time Veganuary venturers might be getting those cheesy cravings, not to worry, Haugen has your fix at the ready with the new Vegan Fondue.

At Bluebird Chelsea the new Vegan Set Menu, with two courses for £25 and three for £28, boasts a colourful array of dishes. From Sweet corn and coconut soup with vegetable gyoza, spring onion and crispy onion to Lotus Biscoff cheesecake with caramelized popcorn and honeycomb.

Over at Fiume Francesco Mazzei and Chris Baber will be championing the best of British produce, the two will be cooking an Italian feast in Francesco’s signature Southern Italian style on Wednesday 26th January.

At Radici the English garden, Italian kitchen collaboration with the Watercress Company is underway. This partnership stresses the importance of  introducing locally sourced British ingredients into dishes. Francesco Mazzei has created a bespoke dish using their produce, available for the month! Enjoy the Beef Tagliata with watercress pesto and bone marrow!
