Robin Tarver heads up the Madison kitchen and joined when D&D London took over Madison in Spring 2014. Robin, who has worked with D&D for the past 5 years, is used to the City having spent much of his time at The Royal Exchange, starting in 2009.
Previous to his time with D&D, Robin spent around a year visiting 34 countries in 2008, to improve his knowledge of worldwide cuisine and become more adventurous in the kitchen. His favorite destinations were Nepal, Peru, Japan and Mexico City to name a few. Elements of these countries are nodded to in the Madison restaurant menu.
Going further back to 1998 Robin owned a French brasserie in Maida Vale, and now he still currently also co-owns a restaurant in Wanstead which he acquired 3 years ago called Provender.
