Changing Course with Coram raises over £15k

At D&D we like to stand out from the crowd and do things a little differently. So we decided to partner with the London based adoption charity Coram to create a charity night to remember.

Changing Course was a collaboration between D&D London and Coram, where for one night only, three of London’s best chefs created a spectacular three-course feast, served at acclaimed riverside restaurant, Blueprint Café. With a menu that reflected the diversity of our 35 restaurants, it wasn’t to be missed.  Angler’s Gary Foulkes prepared a delicious starter, Le Pont de la Tour’s Frederick Forsterpresented a mouth-watering main and Sartoria’s Francesco Mazzei sent us into a welcome sugar coma with dessert.

As well as showcasing D&D’s culinary big hitters, the evening also let our kitchen stars of the future have their opportunity to shine with the welcome canapes being provided by our Chef Apprentices. We are so proud that throughout the night, the charity auction and raffle raised a whopping £15k for Coram, as well as showcasing some truly fantastic food.

It certainly was a night to remember!
