Head Chef Tristan Welch, previously of two Michelin starred Petrus, has created a seasonally changing menu based on traditional British dishes with a twist such as drunken quail poached in brandy and flambéed at the table.

Dishes combine excellent ingredients and are served with intriguing touches at the table creating a touch of theatre.

The set lunch menu is priced at three courses for £20, the dinner menu (which is also available at lunch) is three courses for £45. Our tasting menu featuring Chef Tristan's Signature dishes is priced at £58.
