![]() Head Chef Tristan Welch, previously of two Michelin starred Petrus, has created a seasonally changing menu based on traditional British dishes with a twist such as drunken quail poached in brandy and flambéed at the table. Dishes combine excellent ingredients and are served with intriguing touches at the table creating a touch of theatre. Full menus are available to download below.
