![]() Head Chef Tristan Welch, previously of two Michelin starred Petrus, has created a seasonally changing menu based on traditional British dishes with a twist such as drunken quail poached in brandy and flambéed at the table. Dishes combine excellent ingredients and are served with intriguing touches at the table creating a sense of theatre.
Full menus are available to download and include a set lunch menu at £18.00 for three courses and a three course dinner menu at £42.00.
