Andrea Mura

Andrea started working in hospitality at Forte Village Resort back to Sardinia , he then moved to London in 2011 , where he worked for the Soho House group for two and half years at both Shoreditch House and High Road House in Chiswick and even aided with the opening for Soho House Berlin.

Andrea also helped with the opening of Aqua Shard where he worked as a Sous Chef for one and half years with Anthony Garlando, (former Michelin-starred chef) under Pierre Gagnaire.

After that he moved to Harrods as a Sous Chef, where he was in charge of eleven outlets, reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef. He then gained even more expereince at Jason Atherton’s Michelin-starred, City Social before heading back to Soho House to become Head Chef at Pizza East Kentish Town.

Andrea then moved on to work at The Ned for the opening week to launch the rooftop restaurant, before joining D&D London in November 2017 as Head Chef across the four sites at New Street Warehouse.
